Red pikmin there for size comparison, but isn't it just adorable?

Well here are the new pikmin for maybe Pikmin 3! Except for the Olimar pikmin, I'll explain.

We got the parasitic green pikmin who you only sort of see in Pikmin 2 as Bulbmin. As Captain Olimar explained before, they root themselves to their host nervous system and have control of all bodily functions and their advantages. And that's how they live, though downside of this parasitism is that they can't control an adult grub-dogs insatiable appetite and to keep the host alive they let it eat fellow pikmin. Cannibalism!
In the game you find them always in the ground waiting to parasite off something. Once you pull them out of the ground you have an ally to your advantage. If you weaken an enemy enough without killing it, you can launch this pikmin onto it and it will take control of the enemy. But once that is done you can't have the green pikmin back and at the end of the day you have to leave it behind.

If anyone has seen the bad ending to Pikmin 1 than they would have noticed that the unconscious Captain Olimar would be taken to one of the pikmin's Onions and turned into a pikmin seed with his head as the seed with a black stalk growing out on top. Well this is just my prediction on how he would of turn out. Isn't it freakishness?
I titled it the pikmin 'alien origin' because it seems things not from the pikmin's natural habitat turn into some kind of kookie pikmin, especially when oxygen is hazardous to them.

Ah, the pink pikmin. You can see their Onion in the Happy Ending of Pikmin 1. They have beautiful flowers but they don't fight or pick up things. Now before you think them as lazy bums. They can actually come in handy. Sometimes you will find them hiding or relaxing in various places. And when you do find them, it's your lucky day especially if you plan on going through boss battles and certain elemental hazards. They serve like extra hands especially if panick breaks out among the pikmin. They will individually go over to a pikmin and aid them. If pikmin are knocked on their feet during boss battles they will pick them back up faster. They can't aid in water or they would drown themselves and anything instantly fatal cannot be stopped.

The light blue pikmin's Onion can be seen in the Happy Ending as well. They are a subspecies of the blue pikmin from the coldest regions on the Pikmin's planet. You will only find them and their ship there. They can handle ice element attacks which would be fatal to the other pikmin because of their fur. It also makes enemies stop attacking and choke and cough if they get eaten.

If Olimar thought the white pikmin looked eerie, wait till he gets a load of this pikmin. Orange pikmin's Onion can also be seen in the Happy Ending. Though they may seen intimidating because of their large head and the fact that you pull them out of the ground from their stalk on their butt, they are actually pretty talented. Their specialty is in the ground, they attack this way (with their enormous mouth) and follow after you this way until you come to a stop. Taking care of tiny enemies is literally a snap (of their jaws) for them. You can even throw pikmin into their mouth and they will fire them out long distances, just be careful where to aim. Remember their specialty is the ground and they don't like the idea of being thrown into the air that much. This makes them semi-aggressive pikmin as they might snap at you for it.

If you read all this. Congratulations! I don't know if their even will be a Pikmin 3. But man it wasn't easy coming up with these pikmin designs and abilities without a good reason. I think I really like the Olimar pikmin.

Pink Pikmin sounds like a good idea, which then became true in Pikmin 3, but instead it flies. But i think it wouldn't be se good, well, it can only help with panic and knockback, for the knockback, it is for when the Pikmin is shaken off and etc, this always happens except for some enemies when attacked, but for the panic... Well, in Pikmin 1 only the Emperor Bulblax being the avanced-age big Bulborb with vegetal life on the back is the only that can cause panic until more enemies that cause that got introduced, but for now its still not many that cause panic effects on Pikmin, maybe and based Pikmin from game to game gets more and more OP for new types, so i think it could also remove all effects including lethal ones maybe
