 Can be found here: [link] Bear with me I do NOT have alot of villain characters. Mostly anti-heros or characters who seek their own worldly pleasures (cartoon adventures). This is odd because... I love many villains. So Lugar might not be your all around crazy evil villain that's super sexy... to you at least. This is me trying not to spoil too much on this meme. Dx Some Explanations: -It's possible to be a physicist and neurologist in Lugar's city because they are all about science and technology. What else are you gonna do? -It looks like Lightseyers have eyebrows. But they are actually tattoos. It's a cultural thing. -Their 'fur' is quite feathery. Like a kiwi's but a little more structured. They got a bit of a bird-like tail too. The back of their head is like a crest. I never thought about his parents.... xD In Spakaz's world.
